Well, that's it. My last first day ever.
I can say. It is a weird experience. This is the last year of my undergrad educational career. Walking around campus all I see are these new students wandering around like lost sheep with an absent-minded looks in their eyes as they attempt to find room 3415 in the Gardner Commons building.
Today was actually quite lovely. I have set myself up with a full-time school load that is split between psychology and political science upper-division courses. So far they all seem so interesting. I know that a few will be challenging but I am up for it.
Also added bonus I have both my little brother and sister on campus with me! I was able to get lunch today and sit in the commons with my brother before heading off to a pm class. Then once that was completed I walked up to my sister's dorm to help her decorate the room and get ready for everything freshman year had to offer her. It has been almost 12 years since the three of us were at school together. Makes me feel pretty old. It is honestly crazy to see how much they have aged because I know that it means I'm getting old as well. I'm not prepared to be an adult. Still feel a lot like a kid. Maybe that's why I decided to take the victory lap of a fifth year in order to finish my thesis and attend another football season.
Well, I am ready. Bring it on last year. I've already started it exhausted from moving back into my house in under a day so there is nowhere to go but up.
xoxo Kay
P.S. I promise that I will start publishing on this now... lots to catch you all up on
